All Orders Over $100 ship free in the US.....In Store Pickup and Curbside Delivery is FREE!!!

One Business Day Processing on Most In-Stock Orders

We know you want your order fast!  That's why we strive to ship most orders stocked in our warehouse within one business day.  If you place your order on Friday through Sunday, we strive to ship your order on Monday.  For orders placed on Monday through Thursday, we will strive to ship them on the following business day, e.g. an order placed on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.  

Our web site strives for accuracy in our stock levels, but occasionally there may be errors or discrepancies and an item may not be in stock even if the web site shows it to be in stock.  In this case, you will not be charged(or the charge will be refunded) and you can either choose an alternate item or cancel the order.

We Offer Free In Store Pickup, No Minimum Order!

We are proud to offer free In Store Pickup for most in stock items.   If the store is closed for a holiday, In store pickup items will be held until the next open business day.  

In Store Pickup

This is a free option.  After your order is processed, you will receive an email that your order is ready for InStore Pickup.  Valid orders will be ready in 24 hours from when the order is placed-and most often sooner.   If we have a problem with your order or payment, the ready time may take longer as needed to resolve the problem.  Please wait for the email confirmation that your item is ready before picking up your order.  

The Process for In Store Pickup

1. Place your order online.

2. You will receive an email confirmation that we received the order.  Please add " This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it " to your address book to ensure that you receive the email.

3. We will verify your order is correct and all items are in stock.  If there is a problem, we will contact you to resolve the problem.

4. We will send you a Ready for Pickup email letting you know your order is ready to be picked up. 

5. Once you receive the Ready for Pickup email, at your convenience, come by the store.

To pick up your order you will need to bring  your drivers license or other form of government issued photo ID.

If you wish to have someone else pick up your order, please note this in the comment field during the check out process. 

Curbside Pickup

We will deliver your order out to your car so you do not even have to come into the store! If possible, please note in the order comments that you would like this service-this is not mandatory, but helps us plan.   After you have received  your "Ready for Pickkup" email message, please give us a call at (408)402-3818 with a time frame when you will arrive.  When you arrive outside the store (you may want to pull into the back parking lot so you don't block traffic), please call us again and let us know you are ready.  Please provide us with your name, order number, and make and color of your car.  We will deliver your package to your car, depending on our available staff. 

Shipping Methods

We ship via Fedex, UPS and USPS.  Note that Free shipping for orders over $100 is to the United States only excluding Hawaii and Alaska.  A few very heavy, big or long items do not qualify for free shipping - this is noted in the description text of the product.   We also offer Free In Store Pickup if you are local to us.

We ship via Fedex, UPS and USPS to destinations within the United States.  At this time, we offer standard ground shipping, and express.  We only ship out on Monday through Friday and do not ship out on holidays.  

Most orders are shipped from our store in Los Gatos, California. 

At this time, we cannot ship to countries other than the United States.  If you are interested in shipping to Canada please call us (408) 402-3818 and we can see if we can help you with an order over the phone.

Sales tax at the rate of 8.375 will automatically be added to any order for shipment within the state of California.
